中药羊蹄乙酸乙酯部位化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents from the Ethyl Acetate Portion of Rumex japonicus

摘要: 目的:对中药羊蹄乙酸乙酯萃取物的化学成分进行研究。方法:利用硅胶和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法对化学成分
进行分离及纯化,根据化合物理化性质及波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为大黄酚(1),6-羟基芦荟
大黄素(2),大黄素甲醚(3),大黄酸-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4),丁香树脂醇(5),槲皮苷(6),异柿萘醇酮(7)。结论:化合物1~4
为蒽醌类成分,化合物6为黄酮类成分;化合物2、4和5为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract: Objective: To study the chemical constituents in Rumex japonicus. Methods: Isolation and purification from the ethyl
acetate extract of Rumex japonicus were carried out by column chromatography silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. Their structures were
elucidated based on the physical characteristics and spectroscopic data. Results: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as
chrysophanol(1), citreorosein (2), physcion(3), rhein-8-O- β -D-glucopyranoside(4), syringaresinol(5), quercitroside(6),
isoshinanolone(7). Conclusion: Compounds 1-4 were anthraquinones, compounds 6 was flavonoid, and compounds 2, 4 and 5 were
isolated from this plant for the first time.
